Sirius Maritime Crewing Services is a private, owned-managed company established under the laws of the Republic of Ghana. We have many years of experience in the crew management business and specialize in the recruitment and supply of Ghanaian crew both officers & ratings for services on board merchant ships & offshore vessels.

We carefully select crew to join our vessels. With a program of continued education and training, we encourage personal growth and development in a safe environment. Our investment in our people is long-term. Many of our senior officers began as cadets. And over 20% of our crew have been with us for more than 10 years.
